If you are NOT a graduate of the Professional Course in Veterinary Homeopathy, then fill out this next information. Otherwise, SKIP AHEAD to next item - submitting a case.

I will review case submissions for discussion during the meeting. I prefer either cases definitely better or cured, or one well managed (though perhaps not a curable situation).

Depending on how many I get it may be possible also to work through a case you are having difficulty with.

Submissions should reach me by January 15, 2010. After that time, check with me as to schedule availability.
PAYMENT OF TUITION — $695.

If by credit card, you will be sent an invoice from Paypal by email so you can complete the payment. You need not register as a Paypal member to make this payment, just follow the email instructions.

Triple or Quadruple room & meals ($140/night lodging & day use). Double room & meals ($149/night lodging & day use). Single room & meals ($179/night lodging & day use). Day use & lunch only ($24/day). Children, 7-17 ($70/night lodging & day use). Children under 7, free.

Indicate all acceptable choices to you. We will try to comply with your preferences but first come, first served.

The day totals are rounded off. The total prices for all 4 days is:
Triple/Quad = $523.60.
Double = $595.00.
Single = $714.00.
Day use only = $95.20.
Children, 7-17 = $333.20.
We will make final room assignments on Feb. 10 and bill you for the amounts.
